Managing Differences with Trust and Collaboration

Productivity and satisfaction, in business and personal relationships, comes from our ability to collaborate with others and constructively manage our differences. Conflict has the power to destroy self-esteem, relationships, and even corporations. Conversely, it also has the power to generate creativity, better solutions, next-level thinking, and passionate results. The desire to preserve artificial harmony stifles the occurrence of productive, ideological conflict. Because conflict is inevitable at work, each of us needs to develop the skills necessary to resolve conflict productively.

This interactive and experiential Workshop uses principles of Emotional Intelligence to help you take personal responsibility for conflict resolution and enables you to practice handling conflict confidently so you get positive results. Beginning with assessing our own pre-dispositions to conflict situations, the Workshop utilises practical role-plays, group activities, case studies and presentations to take you through a proven process of enhancing the intra-personal and inter-personal skills required for preparing and resolving conflict in simple, healthy, yet effective ways.
